Second Post

Growing up, I always thought that parents by default had a set bank account dedicated to their childrens's college fund. Now that i'm older, i'm starting to find out that that's not neccassarily true. My parents never told me but i'm 99.9% positive that they don't have one. They've been telling me to go to a community college first then transfer because it's cheaper. BUT I don't want to do that! I wanna go straight to a four year. I'm trying to earn some money to help my parents but $9 an hour isn't really going pay for tuition. I'm still trying though!

Oh, that reminds me. My mom just graduated college and she's currently taking extra classes and volunteering to get work experience in to make her more competitive for hiring. I'm reaaalllly proud of her for doing all of this. She's so hard working and determined to make something out of her life despite the fact that she's already hit her 40's. She's so eager to learn and always tells me that she wishes she had the chance to go to High School because she's so behind compared to everyone in her classes. Sometimes, that makes me feel bad about complaining about school.

But yeah.
That's it (:
